This website is operated by Laura Chumbley trading as Fable and Fjord a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We sell toys and lifestyle products.

  • Packaging and appearance may vary.

  • All products are for external use only unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • UK prices include VAT where applicable.

  • International orders may be subject to local taxes and import duties (see Section 9).

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Payment

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if applicable)

  • Klarna

Payment is taken at checkout.

6. Klarna

We offer Klarna as a payment option.

To offer Klarna payment methods, we may pass certain personal data (such as contact and order details) to Klarna for credit assessment and payment processing.

Klarna’s payment options are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Late or missed payments to Klarna may affect your credit score. We are not responsible for Klarna’s credit decisions.

7. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

  • Items are out of stock

  • Payment is declined

  • Pricing errors occur

  • Fraud is suspected

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

8. Delivery – UK & International

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control.

9. International Orders, Customs & Duties

If you order from outside the UK:

  • You may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

  • These charges are your responsibility.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges may result in return shipping and customs fees being deducted from your refund.

VAT Status

We are not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged on orders. International customers may be required to pay local import duties or taxes.

International Sales Disclaimer

We sell products worldwide; however, we make no representation that products comply with the regulations of countries outside the United Kingdom.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered comply with local laws and regulations.

We are not liable for customs seizures, regulatory issues, or import restrictions.

 

Customs

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that additional customs charges may apply in your country and that these are outside of our control.

Failure to pay customs charges that results in parcel refusal will lead to return shipping costs being deducted from any refund.

10. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to UK customers.

International customers may have different statutory rights under local law.

11. Allergies & Reactions

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists prior to use.

We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients were clearly provided.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to this, liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
